A graduate of Leadership Chemung, Terri thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and is recognized for her loyalty, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.
In her current role, Terri mentors’ new staff, streamlines workflows, and introduces innovative ideas to enhance customer service and strengthen collaboration. Her focus is on building a supportive, efficient environment where both clients and colleagues can succeed.
Outside of work, Terri is an active community volunteer who enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her kids at sporting events. Guided by her philosophy to “always keep the faith” and belief that “you only have one life, so enjoy the hell out of it,” Terri brings positivity, balance, and passion into everything she does.
